The Stamford Marquee Company specialise in the supply of Clearspan Marquees for private hire and all sectors of the Event Industry.
We provide full design facilities and can provide anything from a classic marquee to an events space to match the most exceptional and exclusive permanent corporate event venues. We are large enough to handle any event but small enough to care.
What We Do
We offer a full range of products and services, from basic marquee hire to full packages that include:
- marquee hire
- staging, lighting and PA
- dance floors and bars
- furniture, fittings and floorings
- support infrastructure: power generators, air-conditioning, heating, lighting and toilets
hire, design, planning & installation.
We use the latest, high quality aluminium frame marquees which have no internal poles or hazardous guy ropes! These marquees are modular (almost like Lego!!), which allows us to create the working space for any event.

Where We Have Worked
From our home-town of Stamford, we quickly built up a solid client base within a 50 radius of our nearest city Peterborough. Today we operate across the East Midlands and East Anglia covering Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Norfolk in the east.
More recently, our work has taken us further afield, from London and Oxfordshire in the south east, to Yorkshire in the north and as far west as the Cotswolds and even Herefordshire.
To avoid parts of the map being completely covered in little blue tents, we have highlighted just the key locations where we have worked.

Dear Adrian, From our first consultation, Adrian was able to advise on exactly what we needed and took so much stress out of making decisions. Hi Adrian, Just a note to say thanks for providing the marquee at the recent Rolls Royce Enthusiasts Club rally at Burghley House. I’m aware that adaptations had to be made, thanks to the uneven ground, but it all worked well and we were very pleased with the end result.
